The name’s Meddow (pronounced Meadow) and I’m just you average crazy old spinster with two million cats. Well actually I have no cats and I’m 21. But I’m a crazy old spinster with two million cats at heart.
In addition to being slightly demented, I’m also stressed out student. But chances are you’re here for the fandom stuff. I’m basically into Harry Potter, Pirates of the Caribbean and Doctor Who with a side of all the other books, TV shows and miscellany listed in my interests. I'm not much of a shipper, I write romance fic more than anything else and certainly have pairings I like. Though my first love shall always be gen fic.
I feel that I must warn the world that in life I am a crazy, lazy, selfish, workaholic, territorial, fangirlish, absent-minded, short-tempered, arrogant, opinionated, procrastinating control-freak and this may come through when discussing real life. However, fandom is a hobby and not my life. I’ve got bigger fish to fry and so I’m pretty easy going. So feel free to comment on entries, disagree with me, friend me, de-friend me, to argue with me, to point out every flaw I have as a writer, to ship something other than me. I’ll sometimes disagree and most of the time will argue my point, but I rarely take things personally.
If I friend you, it’s probably because I think you are interesting and/or talented. If you have the urge to friend me, that would be great, feel free to do so without telling me, I'll notice eventually and friend you back. Anything explicitly Real Life tends to get put behind friends lock.
Like the vast majority of authors around fandom, I’m a whore for feedback. So feel free to leave it. Concrit is always welcome. How on earth am I meant to improve if nobody points out my flaws?
